Inglewood Sentinels Refund Policies and Procedures
This policy applies to all Inglewood Sentinels who have paid in full all registration fees and are in good standing for the season. No refund will be given to any participant who does not meet these requirements If a participant chooses to resign membership prior to the start of the current season July 1st, the policy is as follows:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are to be sent info@inglewoodsentinels.com only verbal requests or requests to any other board member will not be considered.
All refunds are subject to non-negotiable fee of $150. The following timeline will be used for determining a refund:
- Any outstanding family balance, including balances for other siblings.
- 100% refund until May 1st (minus the $150 administrative fee)
- 50% refund until June 30th (minus the $150 administrative fee)
- After July 1st, there are no refunds
*Refunds are issued based on the above timeline minus the non-negotiable processing fee
